1.2 Paypal (if applicable)

Customers can simply log in to their PayPal account during the checkout process and choose their preferred payment method. The payment will be processed instantly.
1.3 Bank Transfer
KulturCart Marketplace allows customers to make payments via direct bank transfers to the seller's account. The bank account details of the seller will be provided during the checkout process. Customers must ensure they follow the provided instructions and use the correct payment reference to avoid any delays or complications. It is recommended to use the bank's instant transfer feature so that the seller can process the order as soon as they receive the payment. Bank transfers may take up to several business days to be processed and confirmed.
1.4 Cash Payment
For customers who prefer to pay in cash, KulturCart Marketplace offers a cash payment option for orders that are picked up from the seller's store. In addition, depending on the vendor's condition, the vendor's home delivery personnel using our delivery system app can also receive cash payment. It is recommended to have the exact cash amount because the delivery personnel may not have change balance. Please note that cash payment is not available for courier service orders.
2 Payment Security
KulturCart Marketplace is committed to ensuring the security of all payment transactions on our platform. We use industry-standard encryption technologies and secure payment gateways to protect customer information during transmission and storage. Sellers are required to provide any requested information or documentation to support their case. KulturCart Marketplace will follow the dispute resolution procedures laid out by the respective payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal, and abide by their decisions. In some cases, funds may be withheld from the seller's payouts until the dispute is resolved.
